As spring turns to summer in the Cotswolds, one of the region’s most loved seasonal experiences is set to return. The Bulari Bar at Poulton Hill Estate reopens on 1st May, bringing back its much-anticipated programme of relaxed Friday evenings in the heart of the vineyard.

Every Friday from May to September

Following a hugely successful 2025 season, filled with great food, flowing wine and a warm, sociable atmosphere, the team is once again inviting guests to unwind among the vines. Running every Friday from May through to the end of September, from 5pm to 9pm, The Bulari Bar offers the perfect end to the week, whether meeting friends, gathering with family or simply enjoying a slower pace of life as the sun begins to set.

Wines by the glass or by the bottle

Set against sweeping views of the vineyard and surrounding Cotswold countryside, the experience is as much about the setting as it is about what’s on offer. Guests can enjoy Poulton Hill Estate wines by the glass or bottle, alongside a selection of local beers and soft drinks, all served in a relaxed, open-air environment with both outdoor seating and a covered marquee available.

Rotating line-up of food vendors

A key part of the appeal lies in the rotating line-up of guest food vendors, bringing something new to each visit. From wood-fired pizzas and burgers to fried chicken wings and vibrant Sri Lankan and Indian street food, the weekly offering is designed to be varied, flavourful and worth returning for. Menus are updated regularly via social channels, adding an element of anticipation to each Friday evening.

Free entry and no booking required

Accessibility and ease are central to the experience. Entry to the vineyard is free, no booking is required, and there is ample free parking on site. The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive, with families encouraged to attend and dogs very much part of the experience.

At its heart, The Bulari Bar is about simple pleasures done well, good wine, great food and time spent in a beautiful setting.
